Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root equiv. to dry	23mg
Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry	23mg
Dimocarpus longan fruit flesh equiv. to dry	23mg
Polygala sibirica (Polygala sibirica) root equiv. to dry	23mg
Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry	23mg
Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) root equiv. to dry	12mg
Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root equiv. to dry	12mg
Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) seed equiv. to dry	12mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	6mg
Saussurea costus root equiv. to dry	6mg
Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus) fruit equiv. to dry	6mg

 

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
