Rehmannia glutinosa	34mg
Achyranthes bidentata	23mg
Cornus officinalis	23mg
Cuscuta hygrophilae	23mg
Dioscorea oppositifolia	23mg
Ligustrum lucidum	23mg
Lycium chinense	17mg
Angelica polymorpha	11mg

 

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily. 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
