Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Magnolia liliflora (Magnolia) flower equiv. to dry	24mg
Notopterygium incisum root equiv. to dry	24mg
Actaea cimicifuga rhizome equiv. to dry	16mg
Angelica dahurica (Angelica) root equiv. to dry	16mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	16mg
Ledebouriella seseloides root equiv. to dry	16mg
Ligusticum sinense (Chinese lovage root) root equiv. to dry	16mg
Ligusticum wallichii root equiv. to dry	16mg
Tetrapanax papyrifera rhizome equiv. to dry	16mg
Asarum sieboldii (Wild Ginger) herb equiv. to dry	8mg

 

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
