• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to soothe Qi in Qi Stagnation pattern.
• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to dissolve and clear phlegm in Phlegm Stagnation pattern. 

 

Ingredients

Each pill contains:

Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry	49mg
Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) stem bark equiv. to dry	36mg
Pinellia ternata (Pinellia) rhizome equiv. to dry	36mg
Perilla frutescens (Perilla) leaf equiv. to dry	24mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome equiv. to dry	24mg

 

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
