Aster tataricus (Aster) root equiv. to dry

Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Japanese Catnip) herb equiv. to dry

Stemona sessifolia root equiv. to dry

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
