Black Goji Berry is rich in antioxidents and has anti-ageing properties. In terms of Chinese Medicine, Black Goji Berry can nourish Blood, Liver and Kidney yin. It may improve:
- sore back, legs and knees,
- blurry vision, dizziness and diminished visual acuity,
- nocturnal emissions and impotency in men,
- blood deficiency and assist in blood circulation.
Cooking Instruction:
(1) This product can be cooked in boiling water 1000 c for ten minutes or more (until the Black Goji Berries are soft).
(2) As a tea: put 6-12 g Black Goji Barries into a tea pot/ glasses, add boiling water and the cover with a lid, then wait for 15 minutes.
